You should see that the best collective; family ; community; SHARES... however people all over the world have similar needs & cares... if you ignore the troubles of others KARMA will kick you in the head, sooner or later... if you allow other peoples to suffer, maybe one of their brothers or sisters will bring back pain to you...but the reason to feel empathy is not to ":get something" BUT because you should be a HUMAN BEing... not to build another corrupt pyramid...SHARE good times and bad moments BE caring... and see how soon this world will become more positive..! make the atmosphere... like planbting a seed ; you feed it well sun & water; it will grow well... a human fed rubbish will be ; rubbish; a human fed positivity , sunshine feelings of sharing & empathy for others ; will BE a HUMANE being.. the only intelligence we need...Imagine...

It's also really important to remember that HRW and Freedom House have erased from the record any early violations of "media freedom" (e.g. Politika's "Lynch for Lily Lynch") that did not suit their agenda. Very dark.

Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., the nation’s ninth-largest lender, illegally lent 77.5 billion yuan ($12 billion) over many years to 1,493 shell companies to take over bad loans at its Chengdu branch, the China Banking Regulatory Commission said in a statement late Friday. The branch, which had reported zero bad loans, inflated its earnings and faked other operational data to improve performance and evade compliance, the CBRC found.
The regulator imposed a fine of 462 million yuan on the branch and said its senior executives will face prosecution. In a statement after the CBRC’s announcement, Shanghai-based Pudong Bank said it has booked the fines in its 2017 financial results and vowed to strengthen compliance and internal controls.
Shares of Pudong Bank fell as much as 2.9 percent in Shanghai morning trading Monday, the biggest intraday drop since August.
