it is more than obvious that the state apparatus is doing everything to prevent my complaints being heard in public or through any institution resembling "Justice"

 

At this time I find myself as a virtually "outlawed REFUGEE"

 

After THREE enforced EVICTIONS which have clearly violated not only the local constitution but have political intent as they have occurred since MNE joined NATO (my ngo & myself having been public critics of NATO "WARbiz policies"

i) several years ago In Danilvgrad I was evicted (by the locks being changed whilst away from the houseI was BUYING) after asking the previous owner (P.Ivanovic) for a tax receipt for my on-time payments.

 

ii) On May 7th 2021 I returned home from lunch to find that(despite rent being paid to end May) that Podgorica apartment owner (policeman Alexsa Recevic) had changed the locks, gave me FIVE minutes to recover my belongings the next day.

and

iii) On August 2oth violent entry was made to property OWNED by F&U ngo (which I manage as humanitarian volunteer, unpaid) where I live, by the former owner Spevak (MHail, a.k.a."agent SERGEY" ; an employee of Slovakian M.O.D & NATO) an anonymous thug, and a local policemen who collectively FORCED their way into the (Miriste,HN) apartment, after threatening me for 2 hours.

 

I WAS then detained, interrogated, and oppressed without phone call to lawyer, without food or water until release (without sleeping accommodation) at 23h that night.

 

Subsequently I have regained some of my belongings, but have no facilities or home. and threatened with further arrest after surviving the period of COVID restrictions since early 2020 which destroyed the activities of F & U ngo, youth & community projects & my daily life & society.

 

The state of MONTENEGRO (with,I believe compliance of the UNITED KINGDOM govt. whom I asked to assist with emergency travel to Ireland, where I have relatives) have not onlly violated their own constitution but several ECHR articles;

* its  a village of about 700 thousand, where someone knows what u do, or knows someone who knows about you!

* (every region of the world has good & bad points, just so you know I am not just critical of this one..)

* GOOD aspects are the (were the) way bus drivers would pick u up along the way & drop you off where you wanted, not only at bus stops..

* Bus Stops didnt exists when I arrived here in 2010! until "someone"built kiosks so that items could be sold to waiting passengers!!!

* I actually thought of getting a cap made with "bankomat"  (A.T.M.) 

printed on it ...as that is how most see foreigners & their main aim is to relieve you of any wealth they perceive you to have..

*I I recently visited a FREE open air concert in a beautiful setting, (castle) with half prticed bar and it was almost ignored by the young people! (IN LIVERPOOL a MILLION would have gone to it!)  ;)

* They CheaT! , even check out girls who i say "hello" to every day wont resist the urge to deduct 20c from my change..

* The first ever cafe/diner i visited gave me 1 euro less in my change and its "normal" almost a tradition to cheat the foreigner/tourist (they consider this "part of capitalism" which I must say they were :dropped into: without "education" or  balance..& told to "make money"  (hvala USAcorp marketing)

* I am tempted to list the number of times, i was cheated,sabotaged or defrauded in small or more serious ways

...but 

a) when my youth academy (gratis for disadvantaged kids) was sabotaged & 

b) enforced eviction without just cause THREE times..tested my patience.. but led to the current claim at the ECHR (Strasbourg)...

*History, geography, culture & ethnicity are confusing (dont mention Kosovo) & of course that nazty NATO (USA/uk) bombed "target" here when it was politically together with SERBIJA ... & killed civilians too.. radiated part of the coastline.. but that must not be mentioned because TOURISM keeps the 2-legged sharks, jackals & ordinary cheats in PROFIT!

* Image is a big thing, & these "sugar sheeple" almost never walk anywhere or can be seen outside when it rains as their designer clothes & hair could get wet!

* Lazy does not cover it, the teenagers of the youth TEAM i managed in Podgorica often got "taxied" to training, until I insisted they cycle or walk across the city..

* BUT, it is "SAFE" even a woman could walk alone across the streets of capital city without bother & kids often play out late without supervision (the "village benefits") & men will often leave key in their cars outside a quick visit to a shop..

* I hosted over 370 visitors here , showing them SKADA lake (boat trip & swimming from Vir ) TARA river hiking & rafting & many nights at my favourite Cafe BERLIN.. then open until 04h (pre PLANdemic")

* THE tap water is clean & the air MOSTLY free of smog & pollution..

FOR ALL ITS FAULTS, and they are increasing almost daily, 

there is still an atmosphere of calm & natural beauty which, for me overcomes the risk of co-habitation with almost 700 THOUSAND  SPOILED & GREEDY kids , of all ages...!
