Please pass my thanks to Karen lone Chioti - ("The Secretariat") for enclosing the observations & investigations conducted as a result of our petition to the EU, however if ANYone is "satisfied" then they are guilty of papering over the cracks in the global society and the EU in particular. The contents of your report are mildly exposing part of a problem caused by the German state & its "system" and that being the largest member state, it is "rule-dominated" & BAD examples are being copied by other states, thus it has become a NEGATIVE influence on European culture.
Therefore, as your department cant act as a "legal tribunal" Have YOU passed the relevant information to a "body" that COULD? (and SHOULD!) I ask not only in my "role" as human rights advocate/activist ( "common or natural lawyer") but as a residential parent who has lost 3 children to said "system"s violations ...the answer is, (having explored the workings of the various States, the EU (ECHR) and its UN counter-parts) that your colleagues in any form of government are NOT employed to SOLVE problems, BECAUSE when problems disappear, so do jobs, for "Beamte" ; lawyers, civil servants, police and politicians such as yourselves From my book I can easily extract some examples to list briefly that have affected me personally (not to mention the numerous examples I have highlighted for other victims since 1995).
-1983 A bank manager of the Largest english bank (BJ of Barclays) manipulated govt loans and business credit according to his personal relationships with a property company (Weargrove ltd) -1986 Anton Pillar marava Injunction was used to cripple 8 companies I was connected with,
(S&S) damage to my wife (who died in 2005) ,my business status beyond repair (it was later thrown out) because the "high court judge" failed to allow for equitable compensation when the injunction was proven to be fraudulent. a financial loss exceeding 1 million GBP to
myself and employees.
-1989 A UK company I managed to take over with other clients were reliant 99% on government contracts to survive, had all said contracts frozen causing damage to all employees and creditors.
-1992 MY father and sister's untimely death in UK hospital due to lack of care & attention, no investigation and lack of fund to finance an enquiry.
-1993 the "insider community" of Freburg (BRD) began obstructions to my planned environmental & entrepreneurial enterprise and initaive in baden - Wurttemberg.
-1995 Ukrainian government & local business ; with potential of 2000 jobs & several Billion USD investment, "warned off" my network by "affected" politicians influenced by US dollar potential.-1995 following my meningitis-induced coma, german citizens & beamte threatened me, my complaint to ECHR was lodged but rejected (german state palyed "ping-pong" with my complaints)
-1996-1998 3 "raids" of my home & premises & threats from "Beamte" who damaged or removed (and never returned) property exceeding value of 200K DM, I was held then released with NO charges
!-1999-following "beamte pressure" my sons mother disappeared, state refused me forwarding address, arrested & released following (non violent) human rights demos, complaints ignored by german court!
-1999 International meeting disrupted by "plain clothes beamte" and then held in military = style "U-haft" WITHOUT charges, despite telling Brit. embassy that I would be released instantly (refused UK legal council)
-1999 During "investigative detention" my adult son died, during a "routine hospital visit" (hospital refused my demand for explanation) I was prevented from attending the funeral by german state.
-2002-2003 lodged remainder of 54 FIFTY-FOUR complaints against german citizens, lawyers, state attorneys, judges, police & "social workers (jugenndamt) for various victoms & myself.
-2004 I was attacked whilst MY 3-year old daughter violently KIDNAPPED during an ambush near our home in Alsace, German "beamte" aided the abduction and lied to french gendarmerie. Mother later "disappeared".
-2005 After making official complaints through "proper channels" in french & german systems, I was arrested and held in a remote "U-Haft" for a "technicality" until a journalist enquired after me.
-2005 my 2nd wife (Jacqueline) died and was buried on my birthday, despite being benefactor (widower) I didnt find out until I investigated why I had not heard from her after several months.
-2006 Held again after I attempted to trace the mother & daughter, until I was able to prove that the german mother had lied to the police (she effectively reversed the truth, so german "beamte" helped her)
-2007 Lost my Alsation farmhouse, was force-sold by bank who had been also given false information and personal items & souvenirs were "removed" (worth in excess of 20,000 euros) still no reply to my enquiries to state attorney.
-2008 German mother & Dublin police stopped my attempt to give birthday presents to my estranged daughter, Despite showing the police a copy of the EU petiton (they said it was "bogus")
-2009 -2010 the latest of "minor" prejudices & disruptions ; to my internet, sms, emails, correspondence & banking relationships; continual prejudicial interference against my "nomadic lifestyle".
The "problem" of local & global society are deep and the people who are supposedly employed to solve them from UN, EU, state or local governments make matters worse ;
officials & employees of their social departments &/or private or alternative NGO's are so bogged down by contradictive regulations & so far of course that it could take a miracle to ever repair the damage to people, not only children but all people, of any origin, status or age.
YOU are partcipating in a culture of fear, and WASTE! ONLY when the FIRST THINGS understood by children are care for others and global human rights and not the LAST thing applied by those in power will we have a chance of a fair and equitable society.
THIS IS A COMPLAINT for you to deal with. Of course as with other politicians you may prefer to ignore or "discredit" me. Either way I have no fear, as I KNOW that I , for one, will do whatever is honest for the sake of y-our society, local or global!

It was a different atmosphere to these " chapters" of my story, the frustration of the human race and the apathy of people made me ,more insular..the same old routine, the arrest, the "mind games" by the police, keeping me without food or water the first 24hrs to "soften me" ..the (illegal) transit cell, where I would be "waiting" ...different "info" maybe deported, maybe in "strafhaft" as I had NOT paid for the "non-registration penalty" in Bavaria - as THEY chose to deport me when it looked like the media were going to interview me in Loerrach - see previous chapters..
and my "family home" (CeltVille) in geiswasser, alsace, at risk - the timing was excellent, against me! ...I had been invited to appear on "ARTE" TV in the november 05, and I had a flight to Liverpoool to set up a creative network for kids of all ages to exchange and develop alternative (non-system) projects.
Liverpool lost the game that I was watching when they hauled me out, the public in "O'kellys" hardly noticed when I shouted "freedom" (al la Mandela) as the gestapo hauled me out ...ironic that the REDS went on an amazing unbeaten run, not even conceding a goal for 11 games, playing the world club championship and going to the top whilst I had no way of seeing them, their results or even reports other than on the text of other in mates TV.
So THIS time the "legal game" was different - I had one "island" ; Frau saurer, the social worker who I had taught english during our meetings in 1999/2000 was "in service" - I got a note to her, but she wasn't "responsible" for me....a younger and "harder" woman, obviously conditioned well by the beamte how to pretend to "help" the inmates whilst doing their job of gathering info against those detained...how naive people are, inside and out...
I had no visitors - and it took several months for "regular contact" with NGO's or "friends" ..The sh*te waited until the "penalty" (about 40 days) was "paid" then played with my head -even issuing a "deportation order" with flight details etc to London (again) before at the "last minute" deciding to charge ME with the ridiculous "GBH" claims against the thug that ambushed us and helped M kidnap Noela...if this WAS fiction, no one would believe it, but real life is full of it, most people dont want to admit that they contribute to a completel;y corrupt and simply WRONG society..the following notes are exchanges and stuff that was recorded thereafter...

Was Chris Smith deported on 1 Dec 2005 to London or not? Clive Taylor and stephane Hervy (Justice papa) were thinking that he was deported earlier, around 22, 23 November.
We did get a phone call from England last Sunday, and an English lady, Joyce, told us that she got a letter from Chris that he was still in JVA in Freiburg, Tennenbachstrasse, and he asked her in this letter to call us and to ask us if we could write to him. We posted a snail mail card same day, but I
wonder if he gets it, whether he is still there, or maybe deported elsewhere in the mean time?
I have the impression that his deportation was delayed, but I am not sure. It could have been an old letter, that Joyce got.
Have you any idea what happened when?
When you are in contact with Chris, please give him our greetings, we didn't send him snail mail before, because we thought that it wouldn't reach him, that he would be deported before our snail mail would arrive in Freiburg JVA.
Do you know where he is now? And how long he will stay there? We would like

Conclusion
The german state is simply more ?subtle? than 70 years ago: children's rights / and human rights are violated daily by unfair/incompetent system. I am still separated from my children inside or outside of prison (Note!)
None of the "charges" would be valid outside of german jurisdiction.
My family life; children, home, career, privacy, charity work and property is damaged daily.

German state enables "legalised theft" of children
The germans have a shortage of children ? is here a deliberate plan to "steal" children?
A father of Liverpool is imprisoned whilst both his children Leon (9) and Noela (4) are systematically separated from him. He claims a conspiracy is evident!
That his son, Leon; "disappeared" with the mother (Annika Hartmann) when Chris arrived to collect Leon from the mothers apartment in Wasenweiler 7 years ago at which time custody was voluntarily shared.
Soon afterwards Chris Smith was arrested and kept "on remand" by what Chris described as "Bogus charges" for a period of 16 months until December 2000.
During this time Chris was refused contact with his son (even via phone) In 2002 Leon?s mother refused to let him spend his 6th birthday with Chris and because Chris complained he has only been able to spend a TOTAL of 30 minutes with Leon since then.
Chris: "When I was with Leon alone, he plays, he laughs and hugs me, but when his mother approaches he seems afraid to be seen close to me"
Despite these problems and despite the death of his adult son (Adam) in 1999 which Chris claims was an indirect result of Adam's mother's neglect and Chris's own absence through business, Chris tried again to start a family.
He has a little girl Noela (4) with another german woman (Margit Streifeneder) who having seen the problems of previous relationships allegedly promised Chris "you are a good father and a good man, I would never do the same to you as Annika did, if we have children" -
According to Chris she did worse!
When Noela was 30 months old and was living 4 days and nights a week with Chris in Alsace (France) Margit organised an ambush of Chris and Noela in the forest near their home in Alsace and "disappeared" over the nearby german border -aided by 2 hired men, with what Chris claims are "dubious"connections.
Chris claims that he has done everything (legally) possible to maintain
contact with his children but has been obstructed by the mothers, who Chris claims have constantly lied to the police and authorities to camouflage their own crimes and selfish intent and to stop themselves being punished by non-german courts.
Chris on the other hand has been held a further five months in detention at the time of writing..

The above "packs" the constant "paper war" I had with the system...in between I got to know guys from all over the World including Wilkinson from Uruguay etc, and had the usual mixture of fortune, xmas and new year in detention, having missed Noela's birthday were hard, but they still are today. one "funny incident was when we got a new "trainee social worker" an attractive young woman, to sit in our meetings..after our first initial "test meeting" she asked us what we (me) wanted to discuss "human rights" <smile> ..she naively told us that SHE would copy the articles of the UDHR (Universal declaration of human rights created by the UN in 1948, promised by all "democracies" and sent into space in the 60's or70's to show how "advanced" the human race is supposed to be)...and bring them to the first meeting..
There we were, all gathered round the table, with Frau Saurer, and she came in and sat down, and looked blank at us...so i asked "Have you brought the articles with you?..(guessing the answer) .."Yes but the Chief of the prison wouldn't allow me to bring them to THIS meeting, I dont understand - !) ....WE DID! ...its ok for ALIENS on the other side of the UNIVERSE to know what OUR rights are SUPPOSED to be..but NOT for those arrested by the "democratic system"...as I stated at the time " Well that says it all - meeting cancelled?"..<smile>

Apart from "little victories" in confronting the bullies of the "beamte" and they even transferred the original sergeant-major idiot from the military U-haft to the new "tennenbacher wing" all this money on petty "crime" ...I only ever met one or two really "nasty" guys..I enjoyed the footy..even thinking “why get released?..for what to mix with people conditioned by money?” - there was often more "real friendship" & humanity inside than outside..I hated it when we didnt have enough guys for footy and had to just "body-build" ..played ping-pong but I wasn’t as good as I used to be..
I helped a couple of young lads that needed guidance, being the "DAD"...and had regular meetings with Mrs Saurer, who was one of the few who knew just how ridiculous it had all become..
In the"Alpha" meetings I had confronted their methods...that we all will be saved if we believe in the son of GOD; Jesus ...I asked "did it not say in the bible that we are ALL "children of God" ??..surely, that means I am also the son of God, and brother of Jesus, so must save myself and you too..?"
So, from february 06 the "paper war" continued, and I had moved several times - sharing different cells..some funny, some "hard" (convicted murderers nevcer scared me, they were on "appeal" and my experience sympathised with them..if the system can be SO WRONG about me, why not them?) ..Eventually they "tried" me with the pathetic old lesbian "Mrs "Judge" Prestel" ...whom I, of course opposed from before the date was set!...so, to justify the "crusifiction of ChriS"...they forced me to attend..IT WAS on Margits birthday, and I took a ROSE from the prison priest to give to her with irony...I knew that the system “beamte” thought this was "funny" to hold MY "inquisition" on that date...only 6 months after my arrest was actually "quick" by german standards...
The "chief " prosecutor (Villvoch) wasn’t there,, they sent a "junior" ..who presented the THUG as " a friend" of Margit, as her “witness” and the "cross examination" was pathetic, Despite my objections to him, Ra Thos Schmidt was presented to "defend me" - well I would rather have had a dyslexic martian for all it mattered...The whole thing was "scripted" ...he and the prosecutor "pretended" ...I just opposed EVERYTHING, and annoyed Prestel as MUCH as I POSSIBLY could, the old witch, she vrtually senile, and hated men of course..an ideal person to "judge"...it was pathetic..
THE PROSECTOR tried to present a case of ATTEMPTED MURDER...I ask the reader to SLOW DOWM, and just ABSORB the FARCIAL situation...ME, having been ambushed and my child stolen VIOLENTLY, was being ACCUSED NOW...NOW, TWO YEARS afterwards of ATTEMPTED MURDER...MURDER!...say it again… MURDER!...because I had INJURED the THUG during their AMBUSH IN FRANCE!!..I repeat…. IN FRANCE...Germans....phew, nothing , but nothing, has changed since 60 years EXCEPT their attempt to be "subtle"..but thankfully they still employ goons, Schmidt wanted me to accept a "mitigated" defence..I told him to STICK it where the SUN does not shine , and I would add him to my list of violators..its also a point i made to many frustrated inmates, that these germans - and elsewhere in government and industry Worldwide are SO INCOMPETENT that what seems like MALICE is often sheer stupidity and ignorance.
So they played out "the game" all day, and I was released , just enough time to get back to the U - haft around 17h on the 4th April 06, pack my overnight bag and say goodbye to as many as the lads that I could see, and the guard was (finally) pretty good in opening up a few cells and a some were at the "philosphy meeting" so we exchanged hugs..and I got the train to Breisach ..ME, who had been accused just hours earlier of ATTEMPTED MURDER, was walking through german - occupied territory..a "FREE" man..
but then what mess would I be returning to......

I stayed at Geordies (or CT?) that night and the next morning recovered my car, and drove to the house, the back door was open, and some windows broken too..the best was gone, my expensive TV (cost about 8k) the wonderful scandanavion wood furniture, my massive music collection, including originakl 45's and albums from the 60's until today (never mind the value, the loss of souvenirs sentimentality was hurtful) & a dozen business suits from my "first life" ...
We went to the Neuf brisach gendarmerie, my previous 2 "friends" were gone,,the others simply didn’t care , wouldnt even entertain "theft" and I thought maybe the bank had employed bailiffs, but even so the damage to the house was considerable,..the rooms and beds were damaged and wet..it was still "cool" weather..and I really just didnt feel like it was my home any more, it had been VIOLARED, as I had..but they hadn't completely F*cked ME...
I had sent my file to CEED - OLiver Karrer - with no reply...and from the "journalist"..

the corruption / incompetence of the court officials the germans call the local "court"the AMTsgericht................
I call them the ANTS gericht...this is why:
on the 4 th April I had a "hearing", with short (10 days) notice, to ensure I had no chance to collect evidence or defence witnesses ...they had kept me (this time) almost 6 months waiting for "prozess"although the hearing should have been in alsace (france) with ME as the plaintiff
(see 3 month report)
there follows various complaints and correspondence with the court officials in BRITISH and GERMAN...there is very serious (life - threatening issue) tinged with my own "humour'which was necessary to get me through the madness that is laughingly called "justice"...
the following is titled "abuse of office"
this resulted in a 30 minute delay in the "proceedings"whilst the clerk of the court, as instructed by "judge" mrs Prestel hurredly had a "decision'typed up , which was (typically) pre-dated...if that doesnt prove their corrupt mentality what does .........?........which stated (in lay terms) ...in german...."THE COURT HAD DECIDED THST IT IS NOT BIASED"...which set the tone, as if it was needed for the days "THEATRE"..............
In this OBJECTION...and lawsuit v Oberstaatsanwalt Villwock , "judge"Prestel; POM'in Moosbrugger, G. Zimmermann and RA.T. Schmidt..... (violating human rights and being accessories to ambush, kidnapping and holding a child hostage) after the "fact" ...
I also complain that the (Chief) prosecutor is Malicious and that he , the judge and the police WOMAN responsible for my arrest contribute to making this court a FRAUD , and their bias corrupttion , prejudice and discrimination is obvious since 1993 , and is there to protect GUILTY germans and mothers who hold my children HOSTAGE whilst hiding behind the "law"(itself violating the UN, ECHR (Strasbourg) and Hague (childrens rights) conventions..........
- it was the FIFTEENth dossier they had made against me, (to "blow up"the counter-accusations against me, and to confuse the issue thus "criminalising"to confuse outside (human rights) interest....
- the "hearing"was held on (the german mother) Margits birthday - perverse!
- not ONE person allowed to attend other than those giving evidence AGAINST me...
(not that it made any difference , "prejudice rules'..."in dubio pro reo"?????????
- I was the PLAINTIFF in charges made AGAINST Margit on 19th MAY 2004
- ambush of Noela , attacking us and kidnapping Noela , keeping her hostage in "germoney"
- the "officers of the law have ignored 14 complaints made since my RE-arrest 25th October 2005
- I had previously objected that Mrs G. Zimmermann had previously shown extreme prejudice in her translations into german and IS a Neighbour of margit!
- that the court officials and police DISCRIMINATE against children born out of religious wedlock or non-german fathers
- that their Prejudice, malice discrimination and/or incompetence has permanently damaged the relationships between Leon, Noela and chris Smith , and our home, belongings, property, charity (enterprise) projects as well
- (and that eventually the guilty öfficers of the law"should be brought before a REAL FAIR and impartial TRIBUNAL (outside of german influence and jurisdiction)
- they FORCED a german on me (pflichtverteidiger RA.T. Schmidt) despite my objections as to my right to defend myself (see ECHR article 6) , adding that he had no power of attorney, no command of english , nor my trust, ...(Prestel said thats no reason to refuse him, because they want him to manipulate the defence role in this "theatre")
- THE 'PROZESS'VIOLATES ECHR ARTICLES 6, 8 AND 14...OBVIOUSLY (they are so arrogant-ignorant that they blantantly ignore this and go on with the violations , so "normalizing "them, much as the 3rd Reich did.........)
- SO I APPLIED FOR AN APPEAL BEFORE THE 'HEARING' STARTED! (WHICH AT LEAST TOOK AWAY SOME OF THEIR "FUN")

- ChriS SmiTHI have been , lived, travelled or visited more than half the world, and this region is NOT particulary "user-friendly" unless, you are rich, a celebrity, spend lots of money or are "fashionable" otherwise , a bit similar to the germans, you can "visit" but we dont accept u living here..in this over-protective balkan messy-family ;) ..however, in "monty" i have made some "contacts" and I am also NOT sad that tourist groups cannot fly easily here..who want to see another highstreet of "macdonalds" starbuck and the rest of americanised cr*p! ;) have a nice weekend all! :D

- ChriS SmiTHits the same old, same old, but with another "enemy" since 1000's of years those in power pit the people (who ignorantly swallow propaganda) against each other, "divide & rule" such a simple policy and such an easy one for sheep to follow.. the last "clear" threat to humanity was fascism in ww2 , since then the ones who rule the "media" (USA) chose the "soviets" or "commies" as the enemy of GOD -fearing "christians" (who contradict the "christlike meaning") ... then when the stupid masses voted for capitalist-consumerism (hey WOMEN being the biggest promoters of the "shopping society"??) ...they & other "democrats" had to find "Islam terrorists" to justfy trillion dollars per YEAR on military, and (new) weapons... they even trained BIn laden..!! .....THE romans justified wiping out a million europeans & deleting celts culture 2000 years ago after an attack on rome 380bc...so what is new..the people still swallow the political-buiness-religious, BS! ..be nice if someone actually told us somethign we dont know...like how to wake the zombie population of the world to stand up against media manipulation etc and solve their own problems and the world too.. ;) but thats too simple..you all prfer to write "interesting articles" instead... ciao;)

- On Wednesday if u were already "busy" or likely to be U could say "NO" and that would give mE the option of inviting another person, as a reasonable person waits for a reply…
- …if u were "waiting" to see how u feel then "maybe" also opens the door for me to make a choice, to wait or do something else..
- You choice sends the message, that u don’t respect my time, and u choose to be with a client instead..
Why do I bother writing this?
Because , as I explained to "Freaky controller" & yourself at the very first meeting that the energy and atmosphere of my relationships need to be strong, (and strong means with respect and equality too) if "existing business" takes priority in our relationship, then I have to change my plans as I wont expose my contacts to anything that I would not accept myself..I understand your decisions, but have "greater expectations"

- ChriS SmiTHppl are criticising riots in GB , but this "opposition" is long overdue, whilst I prefer obstructive (non-violent) civil disobedience, a la Ghandi, such as absence from work, refusal to pay taxes , strikes etc...the continual removal of human rights by goverments and such idiocy as the USA "patriot act" has removed even the last hope of justice for those without lobby or finance on this planet.."are the peasants revolting" ;) ? well the New world order has ghiven them justification..
- the ppl of this planet are scared of losing their 3rd class place on the titanic, its so stuipid that its become acceptable to vote in politicians that only protect their own jobs at the expense of the local & global community, around 25,000 kids die every dya, not because we cant care for them , but because your governments spend trillion & prioritise "military" weapons & policing over ensurign equal distribution of our planets resources...whilst you seem to accept that the fuel lobby will choke y-our childrens generation with exhaust fumes, and fill the countryside with concrete and more cities where properties lie empty because inflation is also "accepted" in a capitalist-consumerist driven society - ppl YOU are the problem! so when a few people "rebel" dont put them down, join them...but in reasonable manner, but ensure that you improve your world instead of just moaning about it...
